HSAC,

CNBC just mentioned HSAC as number 5 of the top 10 on Island Most Actives.It was NUMBER 2.

CNBC mentioned the HSAC price at 10 1/4,unchanged.It was 10 7/8 at the time.
No mention of Lucent in the deal.

Unbelievable.
