I'm not surprised that David E. and Bloomberg are not responding. Why dignify Dorian's desperate, lunatic moves with a response. They have the perfect, absolute, defense, truth! Dorian has his pathetic conspiracy theories.

As for the competitors, I dont think it is in Reuters, or Dow Jones' interest to encourage chipping away at the First Amendment.

I wouldn't be surprised if Dorian uses the hope of collecting a "500 million judgement" as a replacement for the non-existent LFT financing! Or that he tries to put it on the Balance Sheet, perhaps under the heading "Things I wish For" Or maybe on the Income Statement, as part of the HBX2000 revenue stream...Hahahahah

I've just figured out that Hitsgalore.com recently possessed at least $192.00 of cash.

That's how much it took to file the suit against Bloomberg in Los Angeles County Superior Court:
