Well, this has been a dog for a year now. Supposed great revenues from the lotteries and setup haven't turned up much. Maybe the insiders have voted themselves great share options although with the price at this level, the can't be making much money. Maybe their salaries are too MUCH and taking all the ?profit?! Should have known not to invest in a company with so many former politicians involved. They know how to suck the money out of anything and line their pockets (or friends)! DAV
