Not mine. I tend to gravatite toward those who have not been big buyers of late and have large amounts of accumulated depreciation on the books (ie: have had their properties for some time - and have maybe even been opportunistic in the past during cycle lows).

I'm almost always early! While I've traded these things for about a year now, the ones I hold now were primarily bought late last year and Q1 2000. The basket is up about 10% and the basket yields 12%. You can wait, but remember, "you pay a high price for a rosy consensus." :-)
