I tend to gravatite toward those who have not been big buyers of late and have large amounts of accumulated depreciation on the books (ie: have had their properties for some time - and have maybe even been opportunistic in the past during cycle lows). "IMO, this is when you want to buy." I'm almost always early! While I've traded these things for about a year now, the ones I hold now were primarily bought late last year and Q1 2000. The basket is up about 10% and the basket yields 12%. You can wait, but remember, "you pay a high price for a rosy consensus." :-)
