Dalin, it is generally difficult to predict market movements. but it IS possible to identify with the help of historic parameters whether one is in a period of extreme valuations or not. in a bubble it is not so important when you get out, it is more important THAT you do. note that we here are mostly traders, so to us it is mainly of interest to catch short term trend reversals than to predict the big picture developments, but a secular bear will be difficult to handle for everyone i suspect.
