No. What I did was offer the two a chance to come out today and show some courage by asserting that today the stock bottomed. They felt bold enough to make such claims at a time when it was a very poor strategy to buy. You don't try to pick bottoms. You have to wait for the move to put in a bottom, test the bottom, and retest. Each successful test gives you more confidence. You still aren't justified in buying. The stock, the market, all have to base whatever that may mean, and then break out of the base. That's the only time you are justified in buying ceteris paribus or better.

Also, it is an exceedingly poor idea to state what you are doing in the market. Making predictions isn't too bad, but divulging your actions compromises your psychology. It is 'Nut's psychology that is effected by my comments. He hung himself out there because he wanted to show everyone how skilled he was at predicting the market. Now he has doubts and so he reacts where no provocation exists. He could have seized the moment and taken the risk, but that takes psychological capital and he already squandered his.

I hear you, Yahoo Msg boards can be hell.

<With all due respect KW, Ah is taunting and baiting you to see what you know. If you keep falling for it, this board is gonna start looking like the Yahoo chat board. If I wanted to visit hell, I'd go over there. No sense in creating another hell over here.>

I don't believe Ah is taunting or baiting me. He does not want to hear from me. IMO, he could care less what I think. He figures he knows it all already why would he want to find out what I know? He is just being himself. Many people believe in and follow Ah as if he were some all wise, all knowing guru and they brown nose him. In truth, this is probably what chaps my ass the most <g>.

Do you advocate letting those poor, sorry, wasted, pitiful, sheep people drink the grape kool aid or try to catch a comet some day, do you shut down your one typing finger <g> to avoid the Yahoo hell? Or would you speak out when you know that a fair portion of what Ah says serves his own unknown purpose, can be deceptive and can be total BS?
