More form 144's. I don't know how Yahoo does it, but it has posted two form 144's that that will be filed sometime in the future. At least that's what you would think, from looking at the dates: May 15, 2000 and July 22, 2000. It would be nice if Yahoo would also post stock quotes for those dates. I would find that very useful. Anyway, here are the details from Yahoo for two new sellers. These sellers don't appear yet on edgar-online.com: Date Who Shares Stock Transaction 22-Jul-00 GIBBONS, HEALTHCARE Shareholder 71,429 Estimated proceeds of $213,000. 15-May-00 GAMITSI CAPITAL LP Shareholder 100,000 Estimated proceeds of $200,000. Gibbons might be a nursing home in NJ. Gamitsi has no phone listing, and it appears in one other form 144: FDNI, an OTC:BB company with a bad balance sheet and cash burn, located in Florida. Other than that, I was unable to find any public info on any either seller.
