Re: "under the statute and it's expert shareholders started whining and ranting about how it all <yawn> didn't apply to them, and that they were victims of political persecution. -JCJ"

I was pissed but not as a MSFT shareholder but as an American!

I don't feel persecuted but I do feel shame as an American!

And I feel cheated but not only as an American but also as a democrat!

Didn't you listen to Klein's answers to the weak questions of the reporters when he said "because that's what we think is the best solution" etc.etc.

Your glaring premature gloat is obviously from your love of SUNW I surmise.

JC

Let's see Jaros. You're an environmentalist, an investor in Sun,a musician with a keen interest in the ongoing debate on the relative merits of Korg versus Yamaha synths and now an expert on the antitrust laws.

I feel obliged to fill in the blank JC Jaros profile based on reading your prior posts since you don't deign to disport your qualifications to the thread.

It's all about credibility on SI and until you disclose what you do, I will discount your posts as irrelevant, as I am sure other will as well.

Daniel

You know, I personally didn't hear anything about this overwhelming and ongoing debate until (coincidentally) a public corporation was found guilty under the statute and it's expert shareholders started whining and ranting about how it all <yawn> didn't apply to them, and that they were victims of political persecution. -JCJ

I didn't see much debate about the immigration policy toward Cuba until a key event (coincidentally) happened there either. Just because nothing has yet triggered a debate on the topic doesn't mean a debate isn't warranted.
