I cordially invite them or their reps to come on this thread and explain how so many trades get lost, and posted to your accts the next day....and you are responsible for the losses caused by that involuntary "hold"...you didn't even know you had? You don't have the ability to go flat at the EOD??? Are they INSANE? NUTS? OR all of the above? they are running a "Carnival"......not a brokerage! sorry to hear that Craig. Maybe if Barry Hertz had spent ore time being a responsible CEO, these problems would not happen so often, because of his possible neglect of duties? not enough focus on maintanence and ongoing improvement of communications with clearing firm and routing? Just plain distracted and off worrying about other things? I know I would be "distracted if I was 40mil in debt! no "pro-trader" will tolerate for long , or continue to trade with a direct broker that fails so much in posting trades to your acct in real time... if it happens once a week------>that is unbelievable, period! IMO, you should not be responsible for this loss...or they should shoulder 1/2 of it at the very least! I'll post here the results of my enquirery, but it sounds like they will give me the same excuse. I know they won't call...don't think they can afford the the 25 cents. No "pro" would tolerate this for more than ten minutes. You listening Mr Hertz? Do you even care? LOL! ------->Now everyone can understand why TRAC trading volumes are begining to sag , tremendously....one thing to lose your money thru your own trades ....another to lose $$ because of securities showing up in accts the next day....and you being forced to eat them then.... enough ! I have wasted enough of my morning here on this thread. Waste of time. mars
