I agree in 12 to 18 months EMC should double back. The President's message!!! Good Point! I'll look at it! I swear we need a paper shredder to take care of all the stuff that you get when you are an investor/trader. I was sooooo grumpy yesterday because I had to wade through so many pieces of paper. I sorted them. I made categories for various items. Then, I put them in folders and bags and popped the entire lot into a suitcase! (g) Now, I can open the suitcase and pull out one bag at a time and sort through it! I hate dealing with this paperwork. It's as bad as doing taxes. And, we still need to file amended returns, in our favor, of course. In the meantime, we have to replace our heating system. I know you live in condo, but have you ever heard of Braynt Variable Speed furnance that is made by Carrier? We think of putting one of those in with their central air conditioning unit plus electrostatic air filter. Cheers, Mephisto
