Well we all know that CNQR's management could use some sprucing up. But that doesn't diminish the ability of the suite of Concur products to make a significant difference in the expense management of many many impressive CNQR clients. In time, Concur will work out the rough edges....then the stock will reflect the true value of the products. It's definitely a long-term investment, especially considering the tumultuous market activity we have seen so far this year. Regards, B
