there IS a problem. credit spreads are widening, and that may partly be responsible for the incredible reserve adds in recent days (40 billion dollars in two days...unprecedented!).

he also said "no bail-outs" and "no too big to fail". sounded like a clear warning to me. sort of like 'there's a storm brewing and don't expect us to save everybody...better take precautions'.
