but I agree with them.

Do you have any notion whether jj will act JUDICIAL in his repsonse to the doj's proposed remedy?

Do you think, in other words, there is any possibility he will send the proposed remedy back to the doj, reject it, declare someother remedy??

Being a monopoly isn't a problem. Abusing one is.

And both the Standard Oil and ATT monopolies appeared to have benefits for consumers (e.g. the avoidance of duplicate facilities, and the development and enforcement of standards).
