Check out where there upgrade was. I believe it was in the 40's. I think it's a typical analyst CYA thing. They put a buy in near the high and it tanks. Follow the logic here.

Now they don't have to show a losing position next quarter. They'll go on to another new position buying at the high and selling at the low.

Where can I get a job like that? Maybe weatherman. You know 40% chance of rain tomorrow.
