We weren't going to get them all - we've always known that, and I certainly didn't have that expectation. IMO this is good for VOD generally, as it accelerates the roll-out and further highlights the industry/technology. Also you can't buy Diva stock; if you want to participate in the growth publically, you've got two choices - and personally I like our position.

Lastly, if MSOs behave generally like TWX has, they will give multiple VOD providers "shots" at different segments of their markets, to foster competition and reliability, etc.

The worse part of the CHTR deal was the second part with
DIVA getting Duluth. CCUR's home town.
