This is rich!

Hitachi is being encouraged by the DRAM manufacturers to do battle with RAMBUS. The other DRAM manufacturers have offered to hold Hitachi's coat and provide moral support while the ITC and patent fight is underway. <LOL>

This is what I call a no lose proposition for the other companies while Hitachi can lose massively.

What do people think? Will this slow down this lawsuit by trying to get more parties involved or speed up the resolution by solving the lawsuit with more parties at the table?
