I'm not an expert in this, but how can shares have two owners?

One filing state FMR as the owner, the other Fidelity.
The amount of shares is the same, but there is a difference in the voting shares. One has 111.039 voting shares, the other 1.550.380. Maybe it has something to do with that.

Perhaps we need a lawyer on this. We can ask Hmaly.<G>
