I went to read a fight thread and an option comment came up.

Just sold to close my CTXS June 45s for 7 7/8.
Bought to close my CTXS June 70s for 1 15/16. (I bought back some at 50. Ouch.)

Sold CTXS June 40 puts for 3 1/2.

CTXS is a company that I like for its ASP potential. My breakeven points in this (on the upside) is CTXS at 54.5 by June expiry. Likely, but I do not like to take this kind of chance in this market. Downside below $30.5.

Paul,

The "ladies" will continue to go their own way while others are silently accepting of their way of doing things, as has been the case with few exceptions.

This is not to condone being silent in the case of posters who repeatedly thrash the thread decorum, be those people the founders or others.

The premise of this thread is an excellent one, and the work that J&P put into (in most cases), educating others is laudable. Much time and effort has been spent by both of them to this end. On the other hand, more recently there has been an ever greater amount of personal chit chat that I interpret to be of the "hey, look at me" sort.

In my mind, what will determine the long term success or failure of this thread is the willingness of all posters to reject anyone's self-aggrandizement or public rudeness.

Regards,
Jeff Smith
