lawdog, RE: CSCO could really be worth much less than any of us could have possibly imagined. Could it be in the teens, or lower! Wouldn't that be something if even buy-n-holders of 3 years ended up with paper losses! And let me tell you something, my friends, it would take a long long time for CSCO to recover.

I don't think you have any idea what you're talking about with seasonality. It would affect sales and A/R together but not one over the other.

Once again, I would disagree. Depending on the customers, their buying habits, and the payment terms in various areas, seasonality could indeed affect A/R and sales differently. To take an admittedly extreme example, look at Toys R Us, a highly seasonal business. In the Jan quarter (containing XMas) A/R days were half of A/R days the previous quarter.
