You've got me there. I just searched through the new Terms of Use and the closest thing I can find is this from the "Termination" section:
or attempted assignment of your account by you

Also, I couldn't find anything in the TofU specific to the use of multiple accounts (which is simply not allowed), but the Guidelines document (http://www.siliconinvestor.com/misc/toug.html) specifies a 5-day suspension for a first offense of multiple accounts. This used to always result in account termination for all involved accounts.

I'll ask for a revision to forbid multiple people using a single account and stiffer penalties for a person using multiple accounts.
