I think that the issue is not identical for each manufacturer. RAMBUS has negotiated varying contracts with many of these companies. Some of the companies are good partners for RAMBUS. Obviously, Hitachi is not a good partner.

So it is not that everyone is in the same boat! In patent litigation disputes are usually resolved one litigation at a time or one settlement at a time.
