Mike,

Do what you wish. Only telling you what I see.
A lot of what was holding down MAT is disappearing: TLC will be sold, Barad is out, new CEO blood is coming in, write-offs abound...a lot of uncertainty has vaporized. Just waiting for a stimulus to go higher. Technically looking good. All bets off in a bad market.

Tom

Your post gives new meaning to Paul Simon's "Diamonds On The Soles Of Her Shoes" (aka Jill's Walkin' Paper Blues):
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
She's a rich girl, She don't try to hide it
Diamonds on the soles of her shoes

He's a poor boy, empty as a pocket
empty as a pocket with nothin' to lose
She got diamonds on the the soles of her shoes (repeat)...

People say she's crazy,
she got diamonds on the soles of her shoes
well that's one way to lose these walkin' blues
Diamonds on the soles of the shoes...

She is physically forgotten,
but then she slipped into my pocket with my car keys
She said you've taken me for granted because I please you
Wearing these diamonds.

And I could say ooooooh oooooh ooooooh...
As if everybody knows what I'm talkin' about
As if everybody here would know exactly what I'm talkin' about
I'm talkin' about diamonds on the soles of her shoes....
<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<

"no reason for middle mgt. to work hard (how demoralizing it must be to see Jill walk off in her pink high-heels into the sunset, set for life several times over, all for running a viable business into the ditch"
