Technical breakouts all over the place in E&P land! APA and OEI getting off! OEI very impressive volume the past two days. Any news there? No doubt some analyst will come out with a "top pick" or "strong buy" in the next few days, after preferred clients have raked it in. Unfortunately I sold half of mine in the past few days. Re: .5 pt rate hike. The more I read about this, it sounds as if the market will sell off if the Fed fails to increase by that much. .5 is expected.
