There's always the possibility that Globalstar clicks in a big way in some markets and not the others - maybe Latin America will be huge and Europe very weak. It remains to be seen how flexible the business plan is; can they just ignore the GSM market weakness and focus on CDMA markets? But maybe that's the point about changing the plan at regular intervals - sooner or later something may kick in. I'm not sure about highlighting the Indian reservation angle, though. Tero
