Excellent point, Don. While the Bill of Rights provides considerable latitude to individuals, it seems that lawmakers deem it their duty to pass laws that restrict those rights in an ever-tightening noose. BTW, I learned on another thread that the INS doesn't need a search warrant for their breakins. That was a shock to me -- all they need, it seems, is their own "reasonable suspicion" that an illegal alien is in a particular place. So much for the Fourth Amendment, huh? jim
