I you own stock in both companies, it appears (as it does to me) that it is not good for NOK to buy Q. IMO, it is not possible for NOK to operate Q as effectively and profitably as its current management. So the total value will diminish. But on the other hand, NOK needs CDMA ASICs.. Well, we all happen to know who has them for sale. NOK could just buy its ASICs, put them in its popular phones, making them ever so more popular, everybody makes a ton of money from happy customers. What's the problem?
