You might be right about our IT department. The CIO was very MSFT centric, but it would never be included in the DOJ case, since it didn't happen in the USA, but over here in Europe. And I don't think it is illegal over here to make this kind of agreements.

If MSFT gets sued over here, it will be for being so dominant, that their prices are too high. We have several examples of companies that are so successful, that their prices get dictated by governments. An example of this is the danish department of Ameritech.

The philosophy is, that if the market cannot keep prices down, government will. Most politicians over here govern to improve the market, not to enrichen capitalists like us.
