Sunny-- I see Mike has already provided a response to your two questions earlier this morning. I tried last night but SI bugs got me too. Q1) Re $300 mil in borrowed funds and for what purpose? I don't know, but with Mike's response being equally unrevealing, I've decided to call John Cunningham, who I believe is the CFO. I'll let you know what, if anything, he tells me. Q2) My answer is about a duplicate of Mike's. I seriously doubt that anyone either out of or in the company has a clue about FIVE years from now! Chaz
