Schwab is quoting an "indication" of $240 bid and $270 asked this morning which is up slightly from the open. They are saying that they will not be posting any when issued shares to your account but will permit you to sell short and extend the short position for 45 days (maybe). The "maybe" is because the extension of you short position is not guarenteed.

Since the limits on price changes in Tokyo will prevent major moves from it's last close at 28,590 yen ($263) and an up limit move to 30,590 yen would only go to $282 or down to $245 a close at $260 or $265 today here in the US would be reasonable in the absence of any strong developments for Softbank in Tokyo.
