******************OT*************************** Watch out for alligators! (g) Will you live in house that has 128' water frontage!!! You are a lucky man! The air conditioner we will get is Bryant's Quantum Plus with Puron. It is suppose to be extra quiet so it won't disturb our neighbors. There are three models. I'm not sure which one we are suppose to get, but it is integrated with furnace to lower humidity. Puron, of course, is environmentally safe and will not deplete the earth's ozone layer. Thanks for the information. The reason we have to move on a new heating system is because the one in our house has been here since 1945!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cheers, Mephisto
