J.P. Morgan and other creditors would exchange $ 285 M of debt for shares @ $ 5.50/share by then and cash in -- that's about 52 million shares that would be sold. With all the debt subordinated to the Senior Credit Facility, I doubt J.P. would hesitate to sell if it could realize a quick 25 or 50% profit.

I'm not disagreeing with you about RAD as a very appetizing long prospect ... just disagree with notion of it doubling in price in a couple of weeks.
