Excellent News..
It is simply amazing that how the current management
team has effectively led 300 mm and new product projects
during last downturn given the financial trouble they
had.

LRCX will become even better in operational efficiency
in coming quarters. Based on 30% tax rate, LRCX can boost
roughly 20 ~ 23 cents per share for every improvement
in the gross margin figure by 1%. Currently LRCX has GM
at roughly 44% but I expect this number to rise to
high 40's over the next 4 quarters. This means LRCX
can add EPS of close to $1 in the next fiscal yr based
on operational and gross margin improvement. The revenue
figure will also increase substantially given the current
robust business environment. I believe analyst forecasted
EPS figures are therefore very conservative and there are
plenty of rooms for the upside surprises.

As Exelan and Teres ramp up in volume and becomes more
mature products, gross margin of these products must
rise, raising EPS figures for LRCX.

Thanks for the news..
