So, the remedy phase of U.S. -v- MSFT should come to a halt while MSFT shareholders debate the relevance of the Sherman Act and if it really applies to their equity now that that equity's management has actually been found guilty? --- Well, good luck with that. I don't know that I'd list it among the public interest items that you mentioned. This is after all about the personal wealth of a relative few, is it not? I mean, how loud would this debate be if Microsoft were closely held? -JCJ

Are you suggesting Microsoft should do jail time for their civil disobedience? That's what happened in some of those other cases you cite, you know. Now I better understand why some here have suggested Microsoft move to Canada. <g>
