Wasn't that sun the past few days nice! Time to hit the links:-) What company is looking to take them over. I have heard that a major(s) was looking at them but that came from inside and I weight it accordingly. Why would a major take them over. They have a little deposit with some silica credits. Nice cash flow for a Junior. Helps operating costs on other exploration projects. I can't really see this "fitting" in a major's stable. The price is also pretty steep, as you say. L8R I wonder is the cost;-) that makes shithouse so shitty or is there some other reason??
