Proof of burden is on you. You sold the copyrighted tapes. You have to show you had permission to do it. Information on the Market Gems thread says you and Tyson didn't. Rumor has it you didn't and are blaming Matt Tyson. Even one of your posts shows that you are blaming Matt Tyson for the whole thing. The fact that the website was changed upon the revelation gives credence that you and Tyson didn't have permission. Your little manuever doesn't change the fact that you did not have permission. If you did, I will gladly apologize.
