Hi Carl:

It would be great if your friend lets you take apart his Nvidia board. Love to read your results!

Please share with us your take on Gelsingers (?sp) clear, public comments about DDR's lack of usefulness at the desk top. We all know that they (INTC) have a big investment to protect, but it seems to me that if the technology were really "Dead, Dead, Dead" for this market, that they would be more circumspect despite their investment loss.

I don't call myself a daytrader, as much as a "swing" trader with core long positions. I've got more than a full time job, so my trades are at max x2 / day. Over the past year more like x 0.5 / day. The negatives: miss the peaks, and once or twice get left behind on a run up (or crushed by the Bus as it backs into reverse).

The positive: I can avoid all of those fear-induced mistakes that I have seen others (and myself) make in the frenzy of the trading station. Walking away from the CRT can actually be good sometimes. Of course, that is true only if you are not unlucky...

Cheers,

BP
