1DT .. sorry for the tardy reply. RAD announced the Senior Credit arrangement on April 11th. (See 8K filed that date for full text of the arrangement). Due diligence to be completed by April 30th and completion of all operative documents by May 31st. No lockup period specified in the agreement regarding when JP Morgan can exercise the option of converting the debt to shares at the $ 5.50/share price (up to $ 200 M worth, and other unspecified creditors can do the same for $ 85 M worth). I don't know whether they'll reach the 30-50 range you mentioned .. guess it'll depend on how the new management does and how the credit arrangement works out. I definitely don't foresee 30-50 for a long, long while. I agree it's worth holding some for a long position. good luck on your long position and any profits you can get from any short term swings.
