Insitu, what happens to the private lawsuits if the appeals court rejects Jackson's FOF and decree. As a lawyer, I thought you would know. Also, let know under what conditions would the private lawsuits would be completely thrown out.

Thank you for your response. In light of that, could you explain what you meant in this statement from your earlier post regarding the DC Court of Appeals decision in "Microsoft II"

"2. The judge didn't find a monopoly there, so they weren't cited."
