GP, Judging from your opinion, it looks like Intc is in serious trouble. Perhaps, VIa is going become the dominant player in the PC market. <LOL>

Gene, Of course Willamette will be RDRAM based, but significant volumes are at least a year away It seems that Intel doesn't agree with you unless you think "high volumes" are not "significant". Did you bother to listen to what they had to say here? Take the time and you might get some insight. webevents.broadcast.com Otellini at the analyst's meeting Thursday 4/27: "Timna and Willamette machines from a wide variety of manufacturers will be in the market in high volumes for the peak selling season in 2000."
