Seems to me they would not be announcing this purchase if they are not going to beat estimates. Seems like a good sign.

Dear Gary: You are mistaken I believe. If its a Non Qualified Option and if the employee has to pay income tax expense currently on the difference between the current market price and the option price THEN COST would get a deduction currently for that same differential. Thats the way I remember it when I was in the real world. JDN
