I really don't know if they considered buying Altitun. When I spoke with one of their founders (Altitun's) at OFC, he said they were currently in the process of doing a round of financing with MSDW in the lead. He also said they were focusing on vendors, so it's not a hard jump from that to someone wanting to do the entire round.

I'm tempted to add ADCT, but haven't had time to look at their numbers.

OT, I did a quick search of Altitun's web site and found no reference to back your statement that they had "40-45 employees." Please, can you give me a reference where I can document your statement.
