ddl - RT et al would all be happy if they could only do away with the irritation of the minority shareholders. I still believe that the stock will do OK for us though we can forget the teevee, drunken Bilecki, Red, etc. pie in the sky prices. There is almost always a lull in stock prices at this point in the game and WSP looks to be in line with what usually happens as far as I can see.

ddl,

Anyways, my vote is a LOUD NO to the 45MM shares! I would rather RT ask for those shares when he can tell the shareholders why he wants them, then call a special meeting for approval.

Regarding the approval sought for issuing an additional 45 million shares without further shareholder approval, I voted against it. I am not against eventually issuing another 45 million shares, however, IMO, any proposed equity financing that entails issueing more than 25% of the share capitalization should first be presented to the shareholders for consideration and then be voted on by all the shareholders, especially at this stage of the game. The existing requirement for a special shareholder's meeting to approve increasing the share capitalization by more than 25% at any one time is not going to kill any substantive deal. Shareholders are stakeholders entitled to vote on such proposals.

regards, teevee
