BRANDYBGOOD -- CSCO/ARPT: No way, I think it was just a coincidence that ARPT went up 30 points yesterday. LOL! Let's hope the SEC keeps cracking down on daytrader Web sites instead of going after the investment bankers who handed their dealers easy money yesterday!

Now, I don't want to see any more cynicism on this thread about the big money and their friends -- I mean adversaries -- at the SEC. You'll shake our confidence in these free and fair markets!

Brandy, This ARPT/CSCO deal might be the Waterloo of insider trading. Remember back in the 80's with Boesky, there was one deal that tipped the FED to everything else. This might be that case because it is very easy to prove because not many people have traded ARPT and I have been watching it since the IPO. If I was a trader that bought over 1000 shares or even 500 shares and held through today, I think they better have a very good reason for buying it when they did. This case is an easy one to prove and I am very interested in finding out what happens.

I was hoping ARPT would become one of those new momentum stocks but now the insiders have ended that. I think you will be hearing alot about this case in the future.
