Yes, I think you are probably correct. However - even if those kind of companies do not yet form a major constituent of the index, they seem to attract media coverage which in turn could spill over into the index itself.

In any case, many of the usual ingredients of a bubble are missing. Another factor which is new this time round is the volatility and the rapidity of price changes in each direction. This is probably making a price correction to be much more pronounced than on earlier occasions in order for it to do its job and be effective.
