Hmmm, no rule on this. I have a buddy out West who used to be Carl the greenskeeper. I remember him saying that the head Carl used to make him move the pins if members complained. It seems to me that there is maybe an unwritten rule at the good course regarding this.

I must admit the missed putt I made on the par three was kind of nice. I just plained missed it, but when it started to roll downhill it found the hole. Now one of my customers ended up with a second putt that was a good 5 yards behind where his first putt was. He was not happy.

Everyone have a great weekend and I hope your weather is good. I am playing a couple of average courses this weekend and hope I can get an above average score. I like old school courses like Ross used to build. I have had enough three tiered greens and scotish bunkers for one week.
