I look at it differently. It wasn't Corel's fault that client side Java fell short of the hype. They were early adopters. Early adpoters too they were of Linux. That is, Corel was into Linux prior to the 'buzz'. Linux, although an unproven business model has a level of venture funding Rod that argues vociferously with your assertion that there is some connection to it and Pokemon trading cards or something. I firmly believe (which was my precept for going long in the first place) that "Word Perfect" has a strong enough brand (yes, really) to get Corel over the hump of "Linux" having zero brand. Incidentally, your mention of LinuxOne; that's really reaching. <g> -JCJ
