Check out insidertrader.com In the qtr ending 3/31 I see Vanguard, Mellon, Scudder & Texas Teacher retirement system having increased their holdings. Scudder went from 0 to 266,200 shares. Also not all institutions have reported their latest holdings.

John: I believe that I have been in this stock a lot longer than you have and I can guarantee you that in more than two years this company has NEVER manufactured a PR event. For that matter they have rarely ever issued a press report except to announce changes in composition in the company leadership. The fact that over the last few months Lev has announced on two occasions that a manufacturing agreement has been reached was, for oldtimers like me, a relatively miraculous occurance; unfortunately, in the final analysis it was akin to Moses descending Mt. Sinai and hiding the tablets from his people.
