Thanks for your response. I appreciate being engaged in a debate in a subject that I have no personal knowledge of, just what I've read in numerous articles. Your previous SI posts reflect your broad knowledge of the intricacies of the topic.

However, I can't help but detect a defensive posture in your replies. Be assured that I was not attacking anyone here on the DT thread by remarking on Mr. Pasternak's comments.
