You and Fleck are wearing blinders when it comes to Dell. Some PEGs for comparison, all taken from Yahoo which is using December and January numbers.

S&P 500...2.32
PG........2.66
WMT.......2.76
MSFT......2.01
MRK.......1.75
F.........1.44
BA........4.33
DELL......1.65

Using Dell's current PE (77.46) and earnings growth of 33% we still get a PEG of only 2.35, roughly equal to the S&P 500.
