Beyond the ARPT acquisition, there may be some concerns about CSCO's SightPath. Here is a write-up from MF: "The ArrowPoint buy should jell with another recent acquisition, Cisco's March 29 purchase of privately held SightPath Inc. for $800 million in stock. The Waltham, Massachusetts company also makes devices to speed the delivery of content over the Internet. SightPath's appliances are used to collect data on network traffic which is then routed to the server best equipped to handle the request." Can anyone comment on SightPath's business and how they match up with FFIV?
